This agreement is subject to the terms and conditions below, provided that the term or condition is not in breach of any applicable law or statute at the time and place of acceptance of this order by Bella furniture.com.au

  • User agreement - By accessing and or using the Bella furniture.com.au website you accept these terms and agree to be bound by them as an agreement formed between us and you. Bella furniture.com.au reserves the right to amend these terms at any time at our sole discretion. If any of these terms are amended you will be notified via email notification.
  • Warranty - Bella furniture.com.au offers a lifetime structural warranty on all of their beautiful products. You will be asked to complete a registration card upon delivery of your furniture and must be the original purchaser to enter into any claim over the life of the product.
    Bella furniture.com .au includes a 5 year Leather and or Fabric protection warranty which covers you against any accidental damage. Please see our warranty tab for further information or contact us on 1800 658-125
  • Delivery - At Bella furniture we offer an Australia wide FREE delivery service ,we have secured the services of a specialist delivery contractor who will be responsible for your delivery. The nominated company will communicate directly with you when your goods are ready to be delivered so that the most suitable day/time can be arranged. Whilst every endeavour will be made to ensure that you receive your delivery in the agreed time slot, Bella furniture cannot be held responsible for failure by the 3PL to adhere to specified or agreed days/times.
  • Access - At Bella we have provided you with the dimensions and specifications for every product in our range. Please ensure that you not only measure your room, but allow for reasonable access. You will need to check stairwell access, lift access, doorways etc. Bella furniture cannot be held responsible if you have not measured for access. If you are unsure or need some assistance please call us on 1800 658 125 and we will be only too happy to assist.
  • Cancellations - Bella furniture is an online furniture business and we custom make every order. If you wish to cancel your order then you may do so within the first 48 hours to receive a full refund of your deposit, however, a 20% cancellation fee of your deposit will apply if you cancel after this period.
  • Variations - Bella furniture will assist you where possible if you need to make any variations to your order after you have made your purchase. Please note that if the manufacturer has commenced production we are unable to facilitate any changes without incurring a fee.
  • Storage - If you are unable to take delivery of your furniture immediately, Bella can offer a storage facility if required.
    Please contact us for charge rates in your nearest capital city.
  • Payment - upon selection of your order a 40% deposit is required on all purchases made through the Bella furniture website. Final payments can only be made through the eway system prior to delivery by the following methods- credit card, or a direct deposit into our nominated bank account. We do not accept bank cheques or cash for final payment. All payments made through the website will be subject to any terms and conditions as set out by the providers. Goods remain the sole property of Bella furniture.com.au until paid for in full.
  • Intellectual Property - Bella furniture.com.au is wholly owned by BeLa Enterprises Pty Ltd and as such no part of this website may be used for any other purposes than for how it is intended. Images and or media on the website are for illustrative purposes and while every endeavour is made to represent each item in “real life” there may be some variations of colour, tone or grain.
  • Timelines - Upon confirmation of your order, Bella furniture will advise you of an approximate delivery date. This is an estimated date only and Bella furniture cannot be held responsible for any delays which may be caused by contributing factors deemed to be outside of our control.
  • Privacy - Bella furniture respects your privacy. By accessing this website you agree that your personal information can only be used by BeLa Enterprises trading as Bella furniture.com.au for internal purposes only which may involve promotional emails and alerts. It will not be sold or referred to any interested third parties.
  • Compliments or Complaints - Bella furniture are committed to providing you with the best online furniture experience in the southern hemisphere. We value feedback and would love to hear from you.   • Care and Maintenance - the product range offered by Bella furniture has been subject to rigorous testing before presenting it to the market. An ongoing maintenance routine is highly recommended to ensure that your warranty is upheld and your furniture retains its’ beauty for years to come.
  • Fabric sofas - Must be vacuumed weekly as dust and grit can minimise the life of the fabric. Professionally steam clean at least once every 12 months or more frequently if required to keep the goods clean and minimal exposure to direct sunlight is recommended.
  • Leather sofas - Must be vacuumed weekly using the soft brush end, dust and grit can destroy the leather. Wipe up all spills immediately. Use only Bella recommended leather cleaners and leather conditioners. Leather hides are a natural product, their characteristics include the life experiences of the animal. These may range from scarring through to various markings. They are not a fault, they are part of the natural beauty and age of the hide and give the leather a lovely patina which will age beautifully over time.
  • Glass and timber - Keep free from dust and grit as this can and will scratch surfaces, clean using a slightly damp cloth. Wipe away any spills immediately. Bella furniture cannot be held responsible for any scratches which may develop post delivery. Please inspect for any scratches immediately upon delivery and write down on the consignment note which will be forwarded to us here at Bella furniture for resolution.
