At Bella, we will refund your change of heart, YES, this is our commitment to you. You will receive a full refund less any delivery costs if you change your mind within 14 days of receiving your furniture.

Other things you should know before you take delivery

delivery info - we have engaged the services of a specialist delivery contractor who will be responsible for your delivery and installation, they will communicate with you directly when your goods are ready to be delivered so that the most suitable day/time can be arranged. Whilst every endeavour will be made to ensure that you receive your delivery in the agreed time slot, Bella furniture cannot be held responsible for failure by the 3PL to adhere to specified or agreed days/times.

The majority of our furniture will be pre assembled at point of manufacture wherever possible. There are some items which can’t be assembled due to transport reasons. We will advise you if a particular item needs assembly and give you the choice of having our contractors assemble it for you or you may choose to make your own arrangements. This option will always be quoted and advised. Please refer to Bella for a quotation if and when required.

access - we offer you dimensions and specifications for every product in our range. Please ensure that you not only measure your room, but allow for access. You will need to check stairwell access, lift access, doorways etc. Bella furniture cannot be held responsible for non- deliveries or extra costs if you have not measured for access.
