The care and maintenance of our furniture is valued highly by us. We have been very thorough with our quality assurance procedures across our entire product range which means that we have minimised the impact of service issues from occurring at the source

Please note that "Lifetime structural warranty" does not cover the following;

• Animal scratching
  This is considered environmental and all care should be taken to prevent animal damage.
• Sunlight fading
  UV rays are powerful , there is nothing on the market that will stop general fading. Fabric sofas’ should be kept out of direct sunlight wherever possible. Please note that it is normal for all fabrics to fade over time, the key is for them to fade consistently so that there is no noticeable change.
• Natural characteristics
  The manufacturing of product includes many made materials. They can include hardwood timbers, leather hides, glass, steel, marble etc. It is expected that many of these materials will carry some characteristics inherent to them only. They may include small scarring marks on the leather through to variations of grain on the timber and marble. Variations and natural borne marks of the item are not regarded as a fault, rather, they form part of the natural beauty of the piece and should be regarded as such as long as they do not cause stress or pressure which could cause unnatural deterioration.

***Lifetime structural warranty does not include buttons, zips, seams, fabric, leather, cushions, legs, veneers, glass, timber, painted finish, 2 pack painted finishes, handles and foam. You must be the original owner of the furniture and provide proof of purchase for your claim to be processed.
